Job Description

Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries

Schedule meetings

Prepare proposals, invoices

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors

Follow up on client payments and outstanding invoices

Perform general office duties (filing, ordering supplies, data entry)
Job Requirements

Education: Minimum GCE O Level / ITE
-
1 year of administrative experience
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information professionally
