About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with

the CEO in driving the company’s strategic initiatives. This role focuses on translating the CEO’s

vision into actionable plans and ensuring effective execution across the organization.

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between high-level strategy and day-to-day

operations, helping align cross-functional teams and ensuring company-wide progress toward

key business objectives.

Job Description

Strategic Implementation

• Translate the CEO’s high-level vision into clear, structured action plans and operational

roadmaps.

• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SMART goals for strategic initiatives.

• Break down strategic directives into practical, executable steps for cross-functional

teams.

• Support the CEO in prioritizing initiatives and ensuring alignment with overall business

objectives.

Execution Oversight & Accountability

• Monitor progress of key strategic initiatives and track performance against defined KPIs.

• Identify bottlenecks or risks and recommend corrective actions to maintain momentum.

• Foster a culture of accountability by ensuring department leaders deliver on their

commitments.

• Establish regular reporting and review cycles to maintain visibility on strategic progress.

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Act as a liaison between the CEO and department heads to ensure consistent

communication and alignment.

• Facilitate collaboration across departments such as finance, marketing, and operations.

• Manage strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives that are critical to the CEO’s

agenda.

• Support special projects that do not fall under a single department but are vital to

company growth.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.• 2 years working experience in any design-related industry

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to translate complex strategies into clear operational plans.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
